About Us

I founded Little Treasures Early Learning Center  in 2006, after becoming Director licensed in Early Childhood Education from Massasoit Community College. I believe that all children deserve a loving, safe and nurturing enviroment to learn. I believe that a safe environment allows children to explore and grow. At Little Treasures, we allow children to have hands-on learning experiences. Little Treasures always gives children the opputunity to devlop at their own pace. Individualized learning is very important to me, and is implemented daily in the clasroom. We believe that positive reinforcement is important for children to develop self-esteem. Children need an environment that supports free expression and stimulates learning. Most importantly, however, I believe that children need to have fun!

Little Treasurse offers a Toddler Program for children at least 24 months of age. The toddler program offers your child peer interaction, as well as structured activites throughout the morning including storytime, snack, music, and art!
 
The morning preschool class offers your child a structured learning enviroment. We have a monthly curriculum that includes math, science, art, music , and technology. During this first year we work on age appropriate education, independance, classroom skills, and being a good friend.

The afternoon Pre-K class is designed to prepare your child for kindergarten. During the Pre-K year we have monthly themes along with a monthly themed reading program. Also during the year we run enrichment programs during class including art, music, spanish, gym, and a technology class.
